What is the vision for The Farm?
The Farm will be a premier national sports and entertainment destination, featuring shopping, dining, living, and a multi-purpose stadium designed to create an immersive experience where players, fans, and the community are all part of the action.
When will construction begin?
Construction is officially underway. We had our official groundbreaking event on August 12, 2026. We look forward to celebrating other important milestones as the project progresses.
What types of businesses and tenants will be located within The Farm?
The Farm will feature a mix of retail, dining, entertainment, medical, and hospitality experiences. Scheels will serve as a major anchor tenant, alongside a variety of restaurants, attractions, and amenities designed to make The Farm a vibrant, everyday destination.

The Farm is slated to open in phases beginning in 2027, bringing a new era of sports, entertainment, dining, and retail to Blaine.

The Farm is being developed through a close partnership between Bader Companies, Elevage Development Group, the City of Blaine, Anoka County, and Spring Lake Park Schools with a shared vision of creating a transformative destination for the community and visitors alike.
